The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project has announced an increase in the $500 reward for anyone who can identify the owner of a dog that was found dead inside a crate in Warren Township Wednesday afternoon.
Healthy Hearts and Paws Project President and CEO Jason Cooke posted a message on Facebook that community donations have raised the amount of the reward to $2,150.
