RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Police Department is searching for a 19-year-old who is wanted for questioning in connection to the shooting death of 25-year-old Robert Joseph in April.
Police said 19-year-old Davion White has a warrant for discharging a firearm in an occupied dwelling.
