HOLMDEL – Bell Works, the reimagined former Bell Labs building on Crawfords Corner Road, has seven new sign-ups for office space while others have decided to extend or expand their leases.
In total, Bell Works on Thursday announced 21 new office lease agreements, expansions and extensions, which have brought the 2-million-square-foot campus to an occupancy rate of 98%.
