Theodore “Ted” Lee DeWitt, Jr., 70, of Marietta, passed away at 11:20 am, Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
Ted was born on June 16, 1954, in Marietta, a son of Theodore L. DeWitt, Sr. and Ruth A. White DeWitt. He was a member of the Basilica of St. Mary of The Assumption.
He is survived by two daughters and one son: Nicole (Josh) Zimmer of Whipple, Christy (Josh) Gerken of Whipple, and Eric (Carly) DeWitt of Marietta; grandchildren: Madi, Maci, and Hudson Zimmer, Braelyn and Ethan Gerken, and Paisley Dewitt. He is also survived by his three sisters, Diane, Debbie, and Donna, and his brother, Terry, as well as many nieces and nephews…
