ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Leonard Hill Jr., 34, for allegedly strangling a woman in her home.
On September 25, around 3:38 p.m., police responded to the 400 block of Alliance Avenue after a child called and said “Heavy” was attempting to kill his mother.
The woman told police Hill arrived at her residence and they began conversing while she walked toward the back bedroom. The suspect followed her, pushed her against the wall and strangled her, according to court records…
