Neighborhood leaders, elected officials and police officials expressed frustration Friday after two teens were arrested in connection with the violent robbery and assault of a man in Butchers Hill Thursday night.
It was all caught on private security video. The victim said when he saw the video, he said, “Thank God I’m alive.”
