AMHERST, Mass. – Harvard women’s tennis opened up play at the Minutewomen Invitational with a number of impressive results on day one. The Crimson won seven of its nine total matches on the day including five singles wins and two wins in doubles play.
The Crimson’s day began with action on the doubles courts. Two Harvard duos won in convincing fashion to pick up the first victories of the afternoon. Rachel Arbitman and Kayva Karra teamed up for a 6-0 victory while Natalie Block and Charlotte Owensby earned the other straight set win.
