The Frenship Tigers (3-1) beat the Midland Christian Mustangs 35-34.
This game got off to a slow start for the Frenship Tigers offense as they were only able to possess the ball three times in the first half, scoring touchdowns on two of those possessions. Midland Christian was able to run the ball effectively throughout the first half ending the half with a total time of possession of 18 minutes keeping the explosive Frenship offense on the sideline for a majority of the half.
The Tigers continued to struggle to stop Midlands run game, however the Tiger offense was still able to score three 2nd half touchdowns. The third Touchdown came with 1:33 left in the game giving the Tigers a 35-28 lead. Midland came close to tying the game driving all the way to the 2-yard line with six seconds remaining and were able to come away with a last second touchdown.
