Teens wounded in Northwest Side double shooting

CHICAGO — A double shooting Friday on Chicago’s Northwest Side left two Chicago teens wounded. Their injuries appear to be non-life-threatening.

According to police, around 5:10 p.m. Friday, in the 5000 block of W. Wrightwood Ave., an unknown vehicle drove up on two male teens, ages 14 and 16. Police said a male from inside the car displayed a gun and opened fire, striking both teenage victims in their upper extremities.

Both victims arrived at nearby hospitals in good condition…
