PORTLAND, Ore. — A suspect has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Portland’s Lloyd District.
On Sept. 10, around 5:30 p.m., Portland police responded to reports of a shooting near Northeast Grand and Northeast 6th avenues. When officers arrived, they found a man, 44-year-old as Anthony J. Garland, dead. The medical examiner later determined Garland’s cause of death was homicide via gunshot.
