Northwest states crack down on impaired driving with ‘One More Stop’ campaign

SHELTON, Wash – Idaho and Oregon State Police joined Washington State Patrol’s ‘One More Stop’ campaign to pay respect to a fallen trooper who died during a traffic stop.

He is the 33rd Washington State Trooper to die in the line of duty. The campaign’s namesake is taken from the last words he told fellow troopers the night he died.

Gadd was going to meet up with them after “one more stop.” The driver that killed Gadd was “impaired,” according to Washington State Patrol. The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash…
