HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC (WTOC) – One man is in custody after a fatal shooting on Hilton Head Island.
According to the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office, just before 2:30 a.m. Saturday, they received a report of a shooting at Fiddlers Cove on Hilton Head Island.
