Family still seeks justice for killing after Puerto Rican Day Parade in Philadelphia 16 years ago

A large reward is still being offered with the hope that someone will come forward with information about a murder following the Puerto Rican Day Parade in 2008.

Matt Novak Sr. says 16 years has been long enough. It’s time to bring his son’s killers to justice.

“I can’t believe these guys are still running around the streets. I gotta tell ya, I mean, I get angrier and angrier every time this time of the year,” he said.
