An arrest has been made in a 2023 hit-and-run crash that killed 24-year-old Isela Andrade in northwest Harris County.
On Aug. 19, 2023, Andrade got out of her boyfriend’s car and began walking home after the couple had an argument. She was hit by a vehicle near the 11500 block of W. Little York Rd. at around 4:20 a.m. The driver responsible fled the scene and didn’t attempt to help her.
Andrade would later die from the injuries she sustained in the crash…
