As a dry cold front arrives overnight, fire danger will increase on Sunday as relative humidity drops and fast winds pick up.

A Red Flag Warning is in place for central and eastern Washington, and North Idaho, from 11 a.m. to seven p.m. Sunday. Sustained wind speeds will range between 15-25mph, while wind gusts have the potential to reach 30-40mph. With no precipitation expected, this front will be very dry, increasing the chance of fires starting and spreading rapidly.

Temps could get as low as 26 degrees overnight, and into the low 30s!…
