Helping out is a family affair for Pasco pizzerias

Mamma Mia! Everybody who has ever had, known or heard of an Italian nonna knows there’s nothing so comforting in hard times as some nice hot food. And no disaster that isn’t made worse by going through it hungry.

So brothers Anthony and Vincent Spinuso and their families responded to Hurricane Helene by feeding their communities at no charge. Anthony owns Mamma Mia Pizzeria in Hudson, where on Friday the restaurant fed around 200 families for free, along with another 100 regular customers, Anthony’s daughter Erin told the Suncoast News. The restaurant was still taking take-out orders over the weekend.
