A motorcyclist was killed and a second rider was injured in a crash while riding with a group Saturday in Oceanside, police said.
The crash happened in the north and south lanes of Coast Highway near West Street, shortly before 2 p.m.
Police said a group of five or six motorcyclists was traveling north on Coast Highway when one rider slowed down after he spotted a vehicle that stopped and was preparing to make a left turn.
