ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Rockford University men’s soccer team fell 2-0 to the Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons in a Sunday afternoon NACC showdown. The Regents played their first game back on campus at Sam Greeley Field. Statistically, it was a close match, with the Falcons holding a slight 15-13 advantage in shots and a slight 4-3 advantage in shots on goal. However, the Falcons were able to get on the board early with a goal in the 14th minute and later scored again in the 84th minute en route to the win over Rockford.
- The Falcons were able to strike first with a goal in the 14th minute by Harris Burgos, Burgos was assisted on the play by Elliott Cook to give CUW an early lead.
