Stray showers Monday, Tuesday, but mainly dry much of this week

It was a mainly dry and warm weekend with a mix of sun and clouds. However, a handful of stray showers formed each day. In fact, a few showers were still moving across the northwest part of our viewing area Sunday evening. Although, most of our area remains dry Sunday night, with a partly cloudy sky, and low temperatures in the mid 60s.

Our area remains mainly dry for much of this week. However, a handful of brief, stray, light showers appear possible Monday and Tuesday. Otherwise, each day looks partly cloudy and warm, with highs in the mid to upper 80s. Wednesday looks mostly sunny and rain-free. A low chance for rain returns late Thursday into Friday. Tropical development in the Gulf of Mexico looks possible again this week, though it is uncertain if it will directly affect…..
