A 56-year-old Bradenton woman was killed in a head-on crash after authorities say an 86-year-old Cape Coral man was driving south in the northbound lanes of Interstate 75.
The crash happened shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday near mile marker 139, in Fort Myers.
