In a bid to solve a decades-old murder mystery, the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office has renewed its call for public assistance. The case in question involves Richard Fosnight, a 47-year-old man found deceased in his Nina Street residence in Hayward on September 29, 1990.
Details released by the Sheriff’s Office reveal that Fosnight was last observed alive at the Turf Club, an established cocktail lounge in downtown Hayward’s historic segment.
