Morgan Wallen donates $500,000 for Hurricane Helene relief

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Fresh off of a record-setting concert weekend at Neyland Stadium , East Tennessee native Morgan Wallen is giving a half million dollars towards relief efforts after Hurricane Helene .

Officials from the Red Cross confirmed they received $500,000 from the Morgan Wallen Foundation.

“We can’t thank Morgan Wallen enough for his heart and generous $500,000 donation to impact help on the ground now in the areas affected by Hurricane Helene, including his beloved East Tennessee,” Red Cross’ National President for Humanitarian Services, Trevor Riggin, said in a statement.
