SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Business owners on St. Armands Circle continue cleaning up after Hurricane Helene pushed over four feet of water inside. On the circle, almost every inch of grass in covered in debris that is spilling onto the sidewalks and streets.
Roads including the street corner of S. Boulevard of the Presidents and John Ringling Boulevard, still have puddles of water that have yet to dry out.
