Oct. 1—LIMA — A Lima man pleaded guilty Friday to one count of cocaine possession, a first-degree felony, with major drug offender, gun and money forfeiture specifications.
This charge on Titus Brown, 48, corresponded with the plea deal offered to Brown in August with the firearm specification dismissed. Brown was also indicted on cocaine trafficking and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity charges, but these charges were dismissed.
A pre-sentence investigation was ordered, and sentencing was set for Oct. 24. The charges carry a mandatory 11 years minimum in prison with a potential maximum of 16 1/2 years…
