CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)-Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly hosted Trostyanets Mayor Yuri Bova to raise awareness for assistance in Ukraine.
“Chattanooga is a partner city for our city,” said Trostyanets Mayor Yuri Bova. “We concluded the partnership agreement one year ago, and Chattanooga municipality initiated this visit to exchange the best practices.”
