(PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo.) — The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) is asking for help identifying two people who may have witnessed an incident at the Ludacris concert on Aug. 31 at the Colorado State Fair.
According to PCSO , a man and a woman who appeared to be together were at the front of the audience, in the first few rows, near the right side of the stage. PCSO said the woman had her hair in braids and wore glasses, and the man had long, curly hair and appeared to be wearing glasses.
