ULA set to launch Vulcan rocket Friday morning after a dress rehearsal on launch pad

After a successful “wet dress rehearsal” complete with practice countdown Tuesday on the launch pad, United Launch Alliance crews continue targeting Friday morning for the second-ever liftoff of the company’s Vulcan rocket .
