Everette has been teaching English to all levels of high school students for over 30 years. She says a scholarship to get her to a four-year college got her into education and she hasn’t looked back.
Her nomination, from a student, says, Everette believes in her students, building genuine relationships, but always showing “tough love.” Her student nomination says along with her compassion, her humor makes it a joy to sit in the classroom…
