Dogs Found Decomposing in Crates: Florida Man Charged with Felony Animal Abuse

A man from Poinciana, Lanoris Parker, has been arrested and charged with multiple felony counts of animal cruelty by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) Animal Cruelty Investigations Unit. Parker, 50, of 2299 Rock Drive, was charged following the discovery of severely neglected and abused dogs on a property he rented in Polk County.
