Arnold Police arrested a 44-year-old Fresno, Calif., man for using “sleight of hand” to allegedly steal money from Walmart, 2201 Michigan Ave. The man was arrested while he was trying the same trick again at the store, police reported.
Officers were called at about 2:30 p.m. Sept. 17 when an employee recognized the man from the previous theft. Police arrested the man when he was speaking with a cashier and appeared to be using the same method in attempt to steal more money, the report said.
On Aug. 31, the man confused a cashier by asking for several different denominations of money while receiving change after a purchase. He allegedly stole $100 after the encounter, according to the report…
