AUSTIN (KXAN) — A man was sentenced Sept. 4 in connection with a July 2023 homicide investigation, according to county records.
Travis County court document showed 57-year-old Donathan Chandler pleaded guilty to first-degree murder.

The murder charge was related to the death of 43-year-old Peter Gonzalez, which occurred near an abandoned building in east Austin on July 16, 2023.
