Volunteers from Kentucky working to help people in Helene’s wake

(WKYT) – Hurricane Helene has left a devastating path of destruction.

Officials now say more than 160 people have been found dead in six states, from Florida to Virginia. Parts of North Carolina are covered with mud and debris, making it look like a post-apocalyptic scene.
