COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) – A new mural on the side of the Northern Kentucky Convention Center is complete.
The mural was painted by world-renowned artist Maya Hayuk and is titled “Kentucky Gateway.”
It was painted to resemble the squares of a quilt. Hayuk used vibrant colors and patterns, which are known as her signature. In total, she used yellow, blue, red, and black to create a range of other colors found in the mural.
