CHIPPEWA FALLS — An Eau Claire man charged with allegedly placing a recording device in a girl’s bedroom and recording nude images of her pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.
Jeremy M. Reimann, 44, 1218 Archer Lane, was charged in Chippewa County Court in October 2023 with capturing an intimate representation without consent, possessing an intimate representation of a minor without consent, and invading privacy by use of a surveillance system. The case has been delayed, as Reimann requested a substitute judge, and the case has now been assigned to Judge Steve Gibbs.
Reimann appeared in court Wednesday before Judge Gibbs, where he entered the not guilty pleas. Gibbs set a return court date for Nov. 20. No trial dates have been set at this time…
