Creston Police Chief Bryon Meshew , who was struck by two motorcycles at Mid-Ohio Raceway in August, was in a rough condition. However, in recent weeks, he has made significant strides in recovery from his injuries, going from relying on machines to breathing on his own and regaining his ability to speak.
