LINCOLN, Neb. — Nebraska Board of Education member Jacquelyn Morrison submitted her letter of resignation.
It was submitted to the board on Sept. 9, three days after the board’s last meeting.
Morrison represents district four, which includes Omaha. She will not run for a second term, which ends in January…
