CINCINNATI — Cincinnati city officials are seeking new ideas on what to do with the city’s unused subway tunnel.

The two-mile tunnel was originally built in the 190s but was never used. It runs underneath Central Parkway from Walnut Street, past the Western Hills Viaduct.

Right now, the tunnel only has communication cables and a four-foot water main…
