LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – There’s been a heated debate with council members arguing on the ethics behind a base pay increase.
On Friday, October 4, Councilmembers, Melissa and Alyssa Cigarroa as well as Tyler King, held a press conference outside city hall asking the mayor to veto the very passage of the ordinance that would increase their base pay by $20,000.
