SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A group of community leaders in Springfield today released the 20th community focus report. The annual report sorts societal factors into two categories — blue ribbons for issues where Springfield is excelling and red flags for areas where the community is struggling.
Some of the blue-ribbon topics include economic growth, graduation rates and decreasing overdose deaths.
