EAT YOUR HEART OUT: Idaho lawn care service uses goats to clean up properties

POCATELLO — Idaho residents can now hire several dozen diligent and hungry workers that consume unruly weeds, razor sharp rose bushes, pine needles, creeping vines or any untamed overgrowth on their property thanks to a new cleanup company.

These charismatic and often cute cleanup crews are actually goats who are deployed by Zakary Copeland, the owner and operator of the Aberdeen based Idaho Goat Grazers.

Copeland first got into the goat business to utilize them for their meat for consumption but one of his friends suggested using his goats to clean up people’s properties. Copeland had seen viral videos online in other areas in the country where other companies had used goats for lawn care and cleanup services…
