Speeding Vehicle Stopped Going 99 MPH in Fort Collins

A Northern Colorado driver got quite the hefty ticket last week when Fort Collins Police, Colorado State Patrol, and the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office conducted an enforcement operation that was targeting actions such as street racing and other dangerous driving actions.

According to Fort Collins Police Services, more than 40 units hit the streets of Fort Collins and Larimer County making more than 120 stops on the evening of Friday, September 27. One of these drivers cited for unsafe driving was a person driving 99 miles per hour in a 55-mile-per-hour zone…
