A 33-year-old man was fatally shot in a Las Cruces home this past Wednesday, according to a police report. The Las Cruces Police Department responded to the shooting incident, which took place on the 800 block of Holly Street around 9:48 p.m. last Wednesday.
Officers found the victim with at least one gunshot wound upon arrival. He was swiftly taken to a local hospital, where despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead.
