The 33-year-old man and 28-year-old man, both of Paterson, exchanged gunfire near Straight Avenue and Park Place around 11:15 p.m., Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer-In- Charge Isa Abbassi said.
The first man, 33, was struck in the head and throughout his torso while the second man suffered non-life-threatening wounds.
