Julian Albert Wright, 26, of Kennesaw, is accused of performing a sex act while watching children in the presence of a child under the age of 16 while they were walking to the bus stop on Chastain Meadows Parkway near a Marietta apartment building Sept. 10 at 7:30 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Wright is charged with loiter prowl; child molestation felony; and public indecency. He was arrested on Sept. 10 at 6:30 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
