Gov. Wes Moore (D) visited Indian Head last week, stopping by Oasis Fresh Food Markets, a grocery store set to fully open Oct. 25 that will break Indian Head’s “food desert” designation.
“I’m excited to be back in Charles County to meet with leaders at the local, state and federal levels who are doing the work to deliver for the people of Maryland and build a more prosperous future for all,” Moore said on Oct. 3. “Today’s visit demonstrates our administration’s commitment to driving economic growth in all corners of our state by moving in partnership.”
