A Minot man has been sentenced to time served and probation after entering a change of plea to guilty for two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a Class C felony.
Michael Odendaal, 27, Minot, entered his change of plea in North Central District Court on Thursday to the charges, and was sentenced by Judge Todd Cresap to five years with the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, to first serve 165 days with credit for 165 days served.
