SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Spartanburg Police have charged a woman who they said stole a friends car and crashing it into a fountain at USC Upstate.
According to Police Reports, Jermecia Ayunna Samuel was out clubbing with a friend Sunday evening and was invited to stay at the friends house after because she was too drunk to drive home.
