Vallejo: Felon Gets 5 Years In Federal Prison For Possessing Ammunition

A Vallejo man was given five years in federal prison on Tuesday for being a felon in possession of ammunition, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California said.

Raykheem Guthery, 32, had been prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition after being convicted of at least three felonies, including one for forcible assault leading to grave bodily injury. At the time of his arrest, he was also the subject of a domestic violence protective order, federal prosecutors said…
