MANCHESTER, N.H. — A judge is reviewing sealed documents to decide whether a Manchester man labeled a sexually violent predator might eventually be released.
The New Hampshire Supreme Court previously ruled that because Amari Diole was deemed incompetent, he is not formally charged or convicted of any crime. After sealed documents were opened Wednesday afternoon, the question of whether that could change is up in the air.
