JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was killed in an officer-involved shooting Thursday evening in the Arlington Manor area, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Police said around 4 p.m., officers were doing some surveillance on “some known gang members” who were “flashing guns back and forth” and engaging in drug-related activities near Justina Road.
